When having your loft converted, there are a wide range of options available.

You firstly need to consider the type of conversion best fits your needs and then submit the plans for approval with your Local Authorities. Monarch's specialist designers can assist you with designing your conversion to your taste, taking into conisderation the layout of your existing loft and the effects this may have on
the design. Your loft conversion could be a Velux™ only conversion or a Dormer with Velux™ windows.

Monarch can also offer a shell conversion to all our clients, therefore undertaking as much or as little work as is necessary.
